ARCH Consulting Group is an international development and cooperation firm based in Belize City, Belize, offering technical delivery, research, strategy consultation, and project management services to intergovernmental and private entities in Belize and in the region.


Position: Operations & Administrative Assistant (Full-time, Remote)


Responsibilities:

 

The Operations & Administrative Assistant will assist for assisting with operational and administrative tasks related to project execution and overall company functions.


Main duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Assist in drafting and formatting tender documents, ensuring compliance with guidelines and requirements

  • Conduct research to identify relevant project opportunities and compile supporting documentation

  • Assist in planning and coordinating of projects to ensure timely execution

  • Support day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars

  • Provide secretarial services to the Managing Partner

  • Conduct day trips for administrative, logistical, purchasing, and errands-related tasks as needed

  • Maintain and organize project documentation and records

  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and clients

  • Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for projects

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for projects and team members

  • Draft summaries of completed projects to highlight works and outcomes

  • Manage communication tasks, including social media updates and engagement related to ongoing projects

  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures


Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of Associate Degree

  • 2+ years prior experience in a similar position (e.g. as Administrative Assistant, Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant)

  • Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Spanish a plus

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience in project management and/or cooperation/international development is preferred, but not mandatory.
